The short version: we collect as little as the site can work with, and we never see your card.
In detail
Personal information
We ask for personal information only where it is needed — buying a licence, writing to support, or subscribing to the newsletter. We do not sell, share or otherwise distribute customer information to other organisations.
Orders and payment data
Purchases are handled by PayPro Global, Paddle and MyCommerce. They process the payment and hold the card data; it never reaches WestByte servers. Each provider publishes its own privacy policy.
Cookies
We use cookies only in aggregate, to understand which pages people look for and where navigation fails. They are not used to identify individuals.
Support correspondence
Email you send to support is kept only as long as it takes to answer it and to recognise a recurring bug. Logs you attach are deleted once the case is closed.
