Common problems
I bought a licence but never received the key
Keys are sent by the payment provider straight after the payment clears. Check the spam folder first, then write to sales with the address you paid from and we will resend it.
The browser downloads files itself instead of handing them over
Open Tools → Settings → Integration and re-enable the browser. After a browser update the extension is sometimes disabled automatically; re-enabling it in the browser's own extension list fixes the rest.
Downloads are no faster than before
Splitting only helps when the server allows several connections. Some servers cap them at one. Check Settings → Connection that the number of sections is above one and that no speed limit is set.
Where did the file go?
Into the category folder for its file type. Right-click the download and choose “Open folder”; the path is also shown in the download properties.
The program will not start after an update
Run the installer again over the existing copy. Settings and the download queue are preserved. If it still fails, send us the file from %APPDATA%\WestByte\IDA\logs.
