A PRO licence is perpetual. If it stops working, something is wrong and we would like to know.

How do I enter the key?
Help → Registration, then paste the name and key exactly as they appear in the email — including spaces. See the documentation.
The key never arrived
It is sent by the payment provider immediately after the payment clears. Check the spam folder, then write to sales from the address you paid with.
I have a new computer
The licence moves with you. Install the program and enter the same key; there is no activation server to deregister from.
I lost the key
We can resend it. Write to sales with the email address used at the time of purchase.
Does the licence expire?
No. You pay once. Updates within the major version are included.
